By placing an order, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Privacy

I respect your privacy, as such your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than communicating with you and fulfilling your order. I assure you that your information will never be shared, sold, transferred, or given to any third party without your consent.

 

Due to the nature of my work, your painting may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. 

 

Delivery Information

International orders will be posted, tracked, and signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is completed accurately and fully to prevent postal delays, I cannot be held responsible should your address be incorrect. All orders will be shipped once payment for all products and delivery services has been received in full. 

 

Please note that the estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. It does not take into account any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping company may have. 

 

While postal delays are rare, please take into account that mail can sometimes take a bit longer than expected during the busiest times of the year. I encourage you to allow yourself enough time when placing your order.

 

Buyers are responsible for all customs, import fees, or any other duty charges due upon delivery of their package. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of my product, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless they arrive damaged or defective during delivery. In the unlikely event your painting is damaged during transit, please contact me via email or through my  Facebook Messenger live-chat service, and I will rectify any issues immediately. Any problems must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of your order. Please keep damaged packaging and artwork, as photos will be required for inquiry.
